An informational website about our three studios in Isla Verde, Carolina, Puerto Rico, and the area around them. We don't take reservations or payments here.
This website is run by Encanto Beach Apartments LLC (“Encanto”, “we”). By using it, you agree to these terms. They're short, we promise.
2. Bookings happen on Airbnb
Every “Book” or “Check dates” button takes you to Airbnb. Prices, availability, payments, cancellations, refunds and house rules are handled by Airbnb under its own terms, together with the rules shown on each listing.
3. Information on this site
We work hard to keep everything accurate: photos, distances, times, ratings and recommendations. Still, things change (restaurant hours, prices, travel times, traffic). Treat it as a friendly guide and confirm details before you go.
Ratings and reviews shown come from our Airbnb listings and may not be updated in real time.
4. Other businesses and links
Our map and food guide link to independent businesses (tours, jet skis, ziplines, restaurants and more). We are not affiliated with them, don't receive commissions, and aren't responsible for their services, safety, prices or websites. Book and use them at your own discretion.
5. Content and trademarks
Texts, photos, illustrations, mascots and design on this site belong to Encanto Beach Apartments LLC or are used with permission. Please don't copy or reuse them without asking. Airbnb, Instagram and other names belong to their owners.
6. Liability
The site is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, Encanto is not liable for damages arising from using the site or relying on its information. Your stay is governed by your Airbnb reservation.
7. Law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and applicable U.S. federal law. We may update them; the date at the top shows the latest version.
